Fee Models

 A  good agency/client relationship is critical for this compensation model – much like a jockey and horse are a team.Â

  1. PERFORMANCE (jockey)– this is optional.  Basically I earn a percentage of business I bring in.  Purely performance accounts assume any (prerequisite) work needed on website, creative assets (photos, video, copy) are either already complete or can be handled by client (see hybrid model for solutions). We have a call to figure out what works for both of us.Â
  2. HYBRID – If work is needed (referenced above), I can either do that (for a reasonable fee) or provide your team with the requirements (e.g. quarterback the work).  Engagements can begin hybrid and transition to performance.
  3. TRAINING – If you’re interested in doing marketing yourself, but just want someone to help you set up really f*ing great campaigns on a bad-ass, automated, conversion-tracking platform, I say ‘power to the people’, I’m your guy.  Just invite me to your high-society parties and remember where you came from.

PLATFORMÂ(CRM, automation, etc.).  Marketers refer to this as your “tech stack”. Â

  1. World-Class CRM– configured for your automations, funnels, testing, scheduling, communications, etc.,
  2. Full integration – into your marketing campaigns and channels (social media, Google My Business).Â
